Arrivals from 5 p.m., time for us to prepare your lodgings, gardens .... Departures before 10 am. An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before. RESERVATION Payment The reservation becomes effective when we have received your deposit (50% of the price of the stay). The balance is to be paid 45 days before your arrival at the latest. The customer who has not paid the balance on the agreed date is considered to have canceled his stay. In this case, the cottage is again offered for rent and no refund is made. For stays booked less than 45 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking. The security deposit It is paid when the keys are collected and the amount is 300 €. Tourist tax This is perceived by the community of commune "Community of commune of Lanvollon Leff Armor". Our lodgings being classified 3 *, the tourist tax is limited to 0.65 € per night and per adult. Cancellation (updated March 2, 2021) Insurance is strongly recommended. Our partner is Chapka Assurances. Their contract guarantees reimbursement in the event of COVID 19 illness or if you are in contact. Here is the direct link to simulate the price: Cancellation insurance by Chapka Assurances Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter or email with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to the Manoir des Petites Bretonnes. 1 - Cancellation before 91 days before arrival: refund of sums paid. 2 - Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before arrival: The 50% deposit remains with the owner. 3 - Cancellation 45 days before arrival: 100% is due to the owner. In cases 2 & 3 in case of relocation, the sums paid can be used for another stay minus the costs incurred with a minimum of 75 €. Shortened or no-show stays are non-refundable and the owner can re-let your stay Due to the context of the COVID 19 pandemic and to the extent that the stay cannot be carried out due to government prohibitions (confinement, travel limitation), the cancellation gives rise to the postponement of the stay on the dates that you choose. The sums paid will be used to finance this new stay. Capacity This contract is established for a specific number of people. YOUR DEPARTURE The departure inventory When you leave, we will do an inventory together. The security deposit The security deposit is returned on your departure, if the exit inventory does not show any damage or loss or insufficient cleaning. . Any loss or damage will be invoiced at the price of the new item and deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning for stays of 7 days or more In the event that the cleaning is not done satisfactorily, we would be obliged to invoice you for the repair at the price of € 100. We leave to our guests the choice to take the cleaning option or to carry out by themselves the restoration of the lodging. The accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as we left it to you. It takes between 2h and 2h30 depending on the size and condition of the cottage the dishes must be put away, the dishwasher emptied, the small and the large household appliances cleaned (hob, ovens, toaster etc ...) the shower (or bathtub), the washbasin, the toilets cleaned swept and washed floors, emptied trash cans & emptied barbecue When you have taken out the cleaning option, you will just have to put away the clean dishes and empty the bins. Leave the cottage in good condition. In the event of failure to comply with this obligation, we reserve the right to refuse access to accommodation. € 35 per dog (1 dog per gîte). The buildings are non-smoking. Use of the premises Children evolving are under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents. The client and the people accompanying him during his stay must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. The customer will take care to keep the common areas clean (parking, laundry, garden, garbage containers, etc.). Resort insurance Check with your insurance company and check if your comprehensive home contract includes an extension for vacation rentals. Otherwise, it is advisable to take out resort insurance.
